Scott has released five previous solo albums, and an LGBT family album by his group The Diesel Tykes. He has released two original cast albums of his musicals, Zombie Bathhouse and Witches Among Us, and will soon release his third, for his musical House Musical. Scott was a producer in the original House Music scene in Chicago, was part of the 90?s Chicago queercore scene, and had a rap video on BET. He produced the annual Queer Is Folk/Alt Q Folk Festival at the Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago from 2000 to 2012. He also produced the LGBT music and spoken word performance series Homolatte for 20 years in Chicago. He runs an indie queer radio station called AltQ Radio on Live365.
